Delivery Times

Most orders are despatched from stock on the same working day, non-stock items are usually acquired within 2-3 working days, you will be informed if any further delay is expected. The following times are inclusive of acquiring non-stock items.

UK - 1-4 working days
Europe - 4-7 working days
Rest of the World (Air Mail) - 5-12 working days
Rest of the World (Surface Mail) - 8-10 weeks
N.B. Customs clearance for some non-EU destinations can hold up parcels by an additional two weeks.



Carriage Charges

All carriage charges quoted here and in the shopping basket are maximum values - in the event of an over estimate we charge the lower rate.

N.B. Minimum charges may be reduced if a very light item e.g. one cassette is being sent.

UK
Minimum Charge: £2.95
Carriage is then worked out according to weight and quantity of goods falling in the following bands:
Band One: £3.95
Band Two: £5.95
Band Three: Carriage is Free (This is currently equivalent to approximately 21 or more student's books).

Europe (Selected)
Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Vatican City.
Minimum Charge: £3.95
Carriage is then worked out according to weight and quantity of goods falling in the following bands:
Band One: £5.95
Band Two: £7.95
Band Three: Carriage is Free (This is currently equivalent to approximately 21 or more student's books).

Rest of World
Minimum Charge: £5.95
Carriage is then worked out according to weight and quantity of goods. Goods are sent using Royal Mail with destinations outside Europe having the option of Surface or Air Mail carriage.
In some cases it is cheaper to use a carrier, the option of being provided with a quote for this service will be given to you if your carriage charge reaches a viable amount as you compile your order with the destination country for your goods selected in your basket.
