All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling.
Cambridge International Book Centre (CIBC) supplies items at current publishers' UK list price
excepting items currently offered at a discount through this website. If goods have to be
ordered in from a publisher and prices unexpectedly increase from our last record customers
will be advised and invited to either confirm or cancel their order.
Discounts
Discounts offered on this website are default terms for non-account customers. If a website
discount differs from an existing customer's agreed terms the greater of the two discounts will
be applied to the order.
Most orders are despatched from stock on the same working day and unless indicated to the contrary all other items are expected to ship in 1-3 working days.
green tick against an item indicates that it is in stock at CIBC or instock at the relevant publisher for immediate despatch to us.
blue tick indicates that the item is not currently in stock at CIBC and we are unable to show live publishers' stock information at the time the item was viewed, we are however unaware of any availability problems with this item. CIBC is not responsible for the content of external websites.
CIBC will accept returns of faulty and defective materials and of goods supplied incorrectly due to our own fault and give full credit for both their cost and the costs of both shipping out and return shipment provided they are returned within six months of the date of supply. The customer should always first report faults in manufacture of books to CIBC as alternative solutions to the return of whole books might be possible.
Unwanted Goods
Goods ordered from CIBC in error by the customer or supplied by CIBC and subsequently found to be
surplus to the customer's needs will be accepted and credit for them given, less a handling fee of
5%, provided:
1) The customer obtains clearance from CIBC prior to their return.
2) The goods are
received in good saleable condition.
3) Goods are received by us within 6 months of being supplied.
4) All costs incurred in their shipping out and return shipment are borne by the customer.
Goods returned under this arrangement will remain the property of the customer until back in our
hands. Refunds will be tendered in the same form as the original payment.
